Funeral Song List

Musicianship11Funeral Song List

One of the few things that we can be certain of in life is death. Therefore, if you're involved in leading worship at your church then there is a good chance that you will get asked, at some point, to lead at a funeral. How should you approach it? Well, they're not like any other service, and each one will be different. But there’s also a sense that we lead funerals from the same place that we lead the worship in any context: with love, faith and confidence in Jesus. Take five minutes to prepare yourself the next time you're asked to lead at a funeral with our Funeral Worship Leaders Devotional.

FUNERAL WORSHIP LEADER'S DEVOTIONAL

We asked our friends on Facebook to suggest the songs that they would like played at their funeral. The response was rather extraordinary. We went through the suggestions, and compiled the below selection. We hope that this will help inspire the music choices the next time you're asked to lead.
