Think back to the people you looked out on last weekend, and the chances are that your experiences will match up.

But think about the people alongside you as you led worship. Were there far more women up there than men?

Nope. Thought not.

Hence this week's Friday pickle. What's keeping the women out of worship?

Sexism? Theology? Testosterone?

Should we care? Should it be changed? Who's going to take on the battle?

What are we missing when we allow worship to be male-dominated? What do we gain?
