Allow Your Emotions to Be Expressed
God created us with emotions. And art is a healthier way to express how we are feeling, than repressing those feelings.

Observe Nature. God's Creation in Itself Provides Plenty of Inspiration

Something that the Creator gave you when he made you in His image.
Listen to the Finest of Music, Read the Best of Books, Observe the Most Exceptional Pieces of Visual Art
Why settle for good when you can experience the best, and often for the same money?
Preferably listen to music and enjoy other artistic creations that communicates a positive message. Make sure it fits the criteria and guidelines that Paul gives us in Philippians 4:8 where he talks about what kinds of things we should allow into our brain and think about: "whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things."
Take Lessons or Enroll in Courses
Even the most naturally talented had to work at the art to master it. It looks like fun, but it's also a LABOR of love.
